We have two (2) court actions pending

First: The action already filed, that states the City did not comply properly with the State Statute and must be redone by the City is in Progress.  We are pending a court date, time and location.  Watch for updated postings as the facts become available. 

Second: We have ninety (90) days after the Third (3^rd) reading, which is Monday Aug. 25.  Plan to arrive at 6:00 PM in the City Council room in the City Building.  After Aug. 25 we must submit our 65% + signed petitions to the court for ruling.
